Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

A monthly or annual subscription can be cancelled at any time in the account or by written notice to the Provider’s postal address or Czech data box. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal, and service remains active until the paid period ends.

2. Standard refunds

Cancellation does not ordinarily refund the paid price or a pro-rated portion. This does not affect rights for defective performance, a consumer’s statutory withdrawal right, or an express individual agreement. A duplicate or demonstrably erroneous payment will be refunded after verification.

3. Consumer withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after conclusion without giving a reason unless a statutory exception applies. Notice must be sent by the final day to the Provider’s postal address or Czech data box yui7vyc and must identify the customer and order.

If the consumer expressly requested performance during the withdrawal period, the consumer may owe a proportionate amount for performance already supplied. The right may be lost after full performance only if statutory conditions were met and the consumer was informed in advance.

4. Complaints and downtime

Send a complaint to the Provider’s postal address or Czech data box yui7vyc with the account or order identifier and a description of the problem. An accepted complaint may be resolved by repair, service restoration, an appropriate discount, a period extension, or refund according to the defect and applicable law.

5. Refund method and timing

An approved refund is ordinarily returned through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. A consumer payment following a valid withdrawal is refunded without undue delay and no later than the statutory deadline; posting time then depends on Stripe, the bank, and the card network.
