Cookie and Local Storage Policy

1. Current position

The public site uses no analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. Fonts and static assets are served from the service infrastructure. No cookie banner is therefore displayed.

2. Essential SaaS technologies

• ai_visibility_session: a secure session cookie for sign-in, session continuity, and account protection; the standard inactive-session duration is 120 minutes.
• remember_web_*: an encrypted essential cookie created only when the user selects remember me; it remains until logout, removal of site data, or the technical expiry configured by the application.
• XSRF-TOKEN or equivalent CSRF data: protects forms and state-changing requests from forgery and is used only as technically required for the session.
• aiv-theme in localStorage: the light or dark theme choice stored only in the user’s browser; it is not a cookie and is not sent to the server by itself.
• reCAPTCHA v3: when protection is enabled, Google’s script loads after submission of a login or registration form. Google may use its own cookies or similar technologies for security assessment. Links to its policies appear next to the form.

3. Legal basis and controls

Essential technologies are used to provide the service expressly requested by the user and keep it secure. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or secure account use. Persistent sign-in can be ended by logging out, and theme preference can be removed by clearing site data in the browser.

4. Future changes

Before optional analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies are introduced, this page will be updated and consent obtained before storage where required by law. Refusing optional cookies will not prevent purchase or basic service use.
